- TPTommy PierceFeb 17, 20265.0I would just like to say thank you to the Gentleman who helped my parents recently when they were having issues with their car Saturday night when they Were passing through Georgia on their way home to South Carolina recently.I Believe my Dad said his name was Robert,but not 100% sure on this.This Past Saturday,my parents car started running hot,and they pulled over to see What was wrong with their car.My dad's In his 70's,and it was dark,and he was not able to see what was going on due to It being dark.He was on the phone when The guy from jiffy lube stopped to see if They were ok,and offered to look at their car for them.When he looked the car over,he found a busted lower Radiator Hose,and told them they needed a new Hose.It was 8 at night,and my parents Were trying to get home when this happened to them.The gentleman told Them to give him a few minutes while He made a call,and about ten minutes Later,he told my dad he'd found them a Hose,and would be happy to fix it for them,but it would take an hour or two. He was kind enough to take them somewhere where they could get something eat,went and picked up The Hose,and replaced it on the side Of the road while they ate dinner.Less Than two hours later,Their car was fixed, And they were able to head back home. I will forever be thankful for all help he Gave to my parents in their time of need. It was a Saturday night,valentines day, And he took the time to stop and offer His help when he didn't have to when No one else did.My Dad tried to pay him, And he refused to let them,telling them To just come to Jiffy Lube when they Needed their next service.He even paid For they're hose.My dad thanked him,and He told them no problem,to Drive safe, And just shook my dad's hand.I just want Others to know,I appreciate what Robert? Did for my Parents,and highly recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone who May need their Vehicles serviced.I've Personally never used them as i do my Own oil changes,but was very impressed By the service my parents got even at 8 in the evening.Once again,thank you And will definitely recommend in the future.
