Despite clearly having fuel at the dock, they outright refused to refuel my jet ski—but were refueling other boats right in front of me. I was left stranded and in a stressful situation, all because of an arbitrary and unfair policy. There was no explanation, no assistance offered, and zero concern for customer safety or basic decency. If you’re on a jet ski, don’t count on this place for help. They seem to pick and choose who they serve, regardless of who actually needs it. Completely unacceptable behavior for a business on the water.
