After thinking I was dealing with a Alternator issue we came into Autozone to run some battery tests and next thing you know Mr Spencer is rushing over to ensure I’m taken care of even though he was occupied working with another clients battery. His professionalism and strong knowledge with parts and mechanicals are already impressive and his extreme skills of ensuring customer satisfaction will take this man really far in the industry. Mr Spencer sets the tone for his team allowing everyone to work together competing tasks efficiently and effectively.
