- JBjohn blanchard4 days ago5.0They were not able to install the tires because the factory rims are not normal. They did rotate and show me the problem. No charge so all and all good customer service.
- PPPaige4 days ago5.0Went in for a nail and screw in my tire. I knew I needed 4 tires and luckily enough the tire could not be patched. Was able to get in and out with a new set of tires! Staff was very helpful.

- KLKay LakeApr 10, 20265.0Nicole, at that time still the store manager at the Midland, GA Mavis store (now the store manager at the Schomburg Road Mavis), is awesome! I went to her because my 10-month old tires had proven to be defective. She, another local Mavis employee, a regional manager, and the technician who worked on my car, got the manufacturer to "make me whole." Nicole tirelessly pursued every option for three days. The morning of the third day she phoned me the minute the store opened and said, "I have good news!" Her diligence in communication and the data she and the technician discovered and documented won out: The manufacturer paid to replace all four of my tires--with tires from another manufacturer. I especially want to point out that young women and old women (which is what I am) are seldom believed when they report an invisible problem. This is even true when they have done their homework and have some understanding of the subject in the first place. Thank you, Mavis, and extra thanks to Nicole for ensuring I was heard.
