I went back and forth to multiple shops including the dealer trying to locate an issue with my car. After MONTHS of going to different places I was finally able to get a resolution for my car troubles. Everyone at this location have such kind souls and personalities. The woman was nice and informative but was trying to upsell me on repairs that aren’t even relevant to my vehicle. She told me I needed to replace my windshield wipers and purchase a car battery so I don’t break down, but I recently purchased at the beginning of the year. The guys at EBCO were truthful enough to not charge for a diagnostic check and tell me there was nothing wrong with my battery. I’ve had others in my household run into the same problem with this location and the one on Schomburg Road. I visited for convenience but I think it’s in my best interest to visit a local business next time.
