  This is a convenient place to stop on my way to work. It WAS a very nice, clean store until the entire staff was changed. Today I walked in, four yellows sign throughout the store warning of wet floors, no napkins to be found anywhere, the coffee bar was an absolute mess as well as the counter across from the soda machine. I got a cup of coffee and while I know it’s freshly ground it tasted like it came from an old dirty pot. I actually dumped my coffee out when I got to where I was going. Lastly, both computers in the self serve lines were down. This was truly disappointing. Bring back the original staff!

  I love going to this RaceTrac because of its location, but this past Saturday morning the customer service was horrible. Ms. Destiny was behind the food counter, and saw my husband and I approach the French toast and removed it with out saying anything. Basically she snitch it up and put it on the back counter, without any anger, my husband said excuse me and she ignored him and walked away. I decided, let me just pay for my gas and leave. The line was backed up, and the young lady at the counter asked for help from Destiny and she did help release the line but when it came to us again, she walked away. I fully understand everyday is not going to be perfect Destiny, but you represent the company and having attitude is a poor reflection. Also, treat people how you would like to be treated.

  Wish I had checked reviews sooner. Pump 14 is broken. I pre-payed with a card. I went inside, stood in a long line, and when I finally got to the register to let the lady know that the handle has no resistance/won't click to let out gas, she rudely brushed me off and was quick to talk over me saying, "Okay." I was already having a really bad day... And I'm really awkward. So the old white woman with long, grey hair that carried the attitude like I was annoying her or bothering her by nervously trying to explain the pump is broken (so that they could put a warning... As i'm typing this, 2 cars have pulled up and i've warned them the pump doesnt work. Nobody has come out here yet to put a sign or wrap the specific handle) sucks. No wonder why she's still working at 80.

  We stopped here on a road trip. We didn’t need gas so I can’t comment on that, but the facilities inside were nice. The bathroom was clean and modern. The store was clean also. Although the beverage selection was limited, there was a fun soft serve frozen yogurt bar that made up for it.
