  Avis called me yesterday and said they wouldn’t have any vehicles for our reservation today. I frantically searched for hours, sick to my stomach from stress, couldn’t find anything affordable ANYWHERE. I put my phone down and said a quick prayer and reminded myself God is in control. Today we get to enterprise and we are waiting in the front room with others who need vehicles. Making small talk, trading stories and laughs, being friendly with the employees who are very clearly stressed with the high demand right now. One of the men my husband was talking to declined the 15 passenger van they offered him, he wanted something smaller. I jokingly said we would take it. The enterprise employee said “you really will?” I said yeah as long as I’m paying the same as what I was going to pay. He said I can do that. He also added a discount for the inconvenience. Emmanuel genuinely cared about helping us. You could tell the entire enterprise crew were dealing with a high-pressure situation, but he still took the time to communicate, keep things organized, and make everyone feel taken care of. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed, and we are so grateful! THANKFUL. GRATEFUL. BLESSED. That is all. 🤍

  Had a reservation for an upcoming vacation for our family of 5. Reserved either an SUV or minivan with a 3rd row seat. They called me Wednesday to confirm said reservation. I called them back and was transferred to their customer service where I confirmed and was told that they would send that message to this branch. I get there today, and they have no record of the confirmation. Wanted to take my payment before showing me the “options” available. The only options were sedans or a 15 passenger van. The associate was very non chalant about it. I asked her to call different locations and she called two and apparently they didn’t have any either. This is the second time this location has done this. I’m getting married tomorrow and going on vacation, hence the reason for a reservation. I needed to get this taken care of today. I left without a vehicle. Called corporate and they were putting their “team” on it. And they’d let me know as soon as they found something out. I called another location and they had something to meet our needs. Avoid this place.
