I was in desperate need of an oil change, but only had a limited amount of money,a coupon that I received in the mail and a coupon that I found on the internet before arriving. I explained my situation to Fire ( such a cool name) , he reviewed the services you all offer, along with the prices, verified the type of oil I use and then provided a quote, which came up to the amount I had to spend and I was beyond relieved! After verifying the price, Fire explained the ENTIRE process to me and recommended maintenance for the future. He made me feel so comfortable and valued as a customer and there's not very many people like that left in the world these days. Valvoline has a gem in Fire and I hope that he goes far in his career. Thank you Fire for being a gentleman today!
