After waiting for 50 minutes and after 3 cars that arrived after me was let into stall # 2 and 2 cars in stall #1, I decided the service was going to be mediocre at best! Please try better!

I worked with personable mechanics with highly polite behavior compared to the job. I brought a new headlight on their recommendation from a nearby parts store and the entire process took only 30 minutes. Excellent location, increase their raises this next quarter!!
- SMSHALANDA MATHISDec 23, 20255.0My truck ran hot on the interstate 3 hours away from home and I was able to drive it into The Valvoline off of Jodeco Rd. Before I could get out of the truck good Dug was at my door. I asked him if they did any other repairs other than oil changes and he said not too much but what you got? I told him the truck was running hot and he asked to lift the hood. Long story short, he found a broke coolant hose, repaired it so it didn’t leak. He had to fix it out in the heat because I was pulling a trailer and couldn’t drive into the bay. He topped off the coolant and recommend a repair shop. He was a life saver. I went to the repair shop and the mechanic told me they couldn’t get me in but whoever repaired the leak did a great job enough for me to drive home (3 hours) and order a new hose to replace the bad one. Thanks Valvoline for hiring such a Gem. He was the nicest guy ever. Thanks Dug!!!
