  I went there with my oil and filter just needed replacement and they still charged me for parts i know nothing about. When I asked what the price was for they couldn't explain. I still have my receipt and I can upload it on this platform it doesn't make sense. This is stealing people hard earning money. Funny enough they cant even explain why they charge the hidden fees. When I asked they say system glitch can you imagine. Run away from them.

  Got an oil change at this location today. It's a new store but I was able to pull right into a clean shop. The technicians there were awesome, 4 young men who were courteous and very friendly. First time I've ever had fun getting service on my car. They made me feel very comfortable while there. This location has the best technicians! Hopefully they'll keep their wonderful personalities as time goes on. I had a coupon so the price was great also. Great job Reese and the rest of the team!

  Douglas, Mekhi, Aereol, and Jacob are my dream team at Valvoline. They had me taken care of with ample explanation and quality service (customer and auto). If you want it done right on your car come to Valvoline on 81!

  Wonderful experience! They were very thorough with what was needed on my car and the oil change process was swift. All of my questions were answered with concern and respect. Customer service was great as well. Would definitely recommend!

  I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Valvoline. What should have been a routine service turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal due to their negligence and lack of accountability. After servicing my vehicle, damage occurred that was clearly connected to their work. Instead of taking responsibility, management and staff immediately resorted to deflecting blame, attempting to accuse another technician and distance themselves from their own failure. There was no sincere investigation, no transparency, and no willingness to resolve the issue professionally. When I attempted to reach a fair and reasonable resolution, I was met with: • Shifting stories • Blame-shifting • Dismissiveness • Lack of respect • Zero accountability At no point did anyone demonstrate genuine concern for the inconvenience, financial impact, or disrespect I experienced as a paying customer. This reflects a serious breakdown in leadership, training, and ethics. A company that refuses to stand behind its work cannot be trusted with customers’ vehicles. I expected professionalism. I expected integrity. I expected accountability. I received none. Until Valvoline takes responsibility for its actions and changes how it treats customers, I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. Your vehicle and your time deserve better.
