I went last night around 8 PM and the entire store was shut down, doors locked, lights still on, and the employee was inside cleaning but refused to let anyone in. Multiple customers pulled up and got turned away. This has been happening every day since Friday. I drive trucks overnight and this is the closest stop near my deliveries — I needed food and a restroom, and couldn’t even get inside. It’s very disappointing. If you advertise 24/7, then stay open 24/7. Y’all are losing a lot of business for no reason. I really hope they hire more staff or retrain the ones they have, because closing whenever you feel like it is not okay.

So please believe that pizza is going to be stale. There is an entire Facebook group with over 20k truckers praising RaceTrac, I will be sure to tell them not to go here. At least update your hours of operation on Google, I would not have wasted my time. DO NOT VISIT THE MCDONOUGH RACETRAC
