They refused to do it which is almost understandable BUT the guy actually told me that after you turn the car on, the air will work itself out. WHAT??? Maybe y'all should stick to just tires. SMH...would not recommend if they were the last shop on the planet.

Derrick assessed the situation, got my tires to the proper inflation and calmed my nerves. Micala helped me out and she was great. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and not just getting people in and out. Really appreciate the service — I’ll definitely be coming back.

Whoever runs the shop should know that the first contact is the pivotal moment where a client decides to use possibly use your services or walk away. My first contact person was less than pleasant so I walked.
