- JJJacobJan 5, 20261.0Had an appointment for my truck for an alignment and break check dropped it off and they told me the lug nuts were swollen they would have to order me more and they asked if I wanted to leave it there and I decided to leave it there they gave me a call back the next day and said they were going to give me a price on the lug nuts I never got a call back so I decided to go up there they didn’t have the lug nuts they kept it for another day didn’t call I had to call them and they said 45 more minutes I gave them an hour they still didn’t have it done they had it in the parking lot missing 2 lug nuts the one guy said he would take some of the price of the alignment due to the wait he wasn’t there and I didn’t get a reduced price and they charged me $200 for maybe $60 worth of lug nuts so not only did they charge a lot but they like to take their sweet time

When I arrived there was only one other vehicle in the whole facility on a rack but it still took over 4 HOURS to change 4 tires. The tech that was working on my truck moved at the absolute speed of smell and somehow needed to wander the whole shop repeatedly instead of just working. Then, after finally getting done and paying my ticket I left and was almost home when the lady at the desk called me to inform me that they had billed me under the wrong ticket and I then had to drive all the way back to rectify the billing error. So to get 4 tires cost me most of the day and having to drive back and forth in Mcdonough traffic. Will not be returning to this location for any services and do not recommend this location for anyone.

We came in on a Sunday, after church (which ends at 4:00), this was the second Mavis Tires we had tried to go to, so we ended up getting there 20 minutes before they close. We were helped by Dexter, Johnathan, and Derrick, and they made absolute sure that we were taken care of! Thank you so much, guys!
