They stripped my oil pan, tried to blame it on natural wear and tear except my oil pan is only about year old. They replace my oil plug with a temporary plug that will require my entire oil pan to be replaced, and without asking gave me a $750 quote to replace the oil pan. Seems like an hustle to me, my oil pan was fine when I arrived now I have to get it replaced. Also while I was there another customer was returning with their vehicle because the workers at express oil change needed to correct something they put on wrong. I will never return here and I suggest you all be very careful going here the customer is fine but the skills set seems poor. Something as simple as an oil change should not turn into a $750 repair.
