  I had an amazing experience at Express Oil in McDonough. Zach and the shop manager (I’m so mad I can’t remember his name) were absolutely phenomenal. I came in after being told by the Locust Grove Express Oil location that I needed a new frame, which didn’t sit right with me. The McDonough team took the time to actually inspect my car and gave me an accurate, honest diagnosis. They didn’t try to upsell me, didn’t charge me for anything I didn’t need, worked quickly, and even gave me a discount. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. My car is now running amazingly, and I can truly feel the difference. This location restored my trust and earned a customer for life. If you’re looking for honesty, efficiency, and great customer service go to the McDonough location. Thank you again to Zach and the entire team!

  I thoroughly appreciate the outstanding repair services at Express Oil Change. I had an oil leak on my 2009 Honda CRV. Zechanah; Very experienced technician and staff, was able to perform diagnosis, and determine the problem. After the repair parts were replaced, and after a week of driving; I no longer have the oil leak. I am extremely satisfied with the expert service at Express Oil Change. I highly recommend their oil change and repair services.

  I didn’t even get any work done here, but I had to leave a review. Jared really took care of me. He took his time, looked everything over, and broke down exactly what I needed without trying to sell me anything I didn’t. He was honest, patient, and just genuinely helpful. You can tell when someone actually cares versus when they’re just trying to make money. He told me what was important, what could wait, and made sure I understood everything before I left. That kind of honesty goes a long way. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m ready to get the work done. Appreciate you, Jared.

  Great service, got the oil changed at short notice on very cold and windy day so I decided to let them do it. They got it done from arrival to leaving in about 17-18 minutes. They got it only detraction I would say is that these guys are working in a shop with NO HEAT. They have one small electric heater in the center of the ceiling, working on peoples cars and trucks. Opening and closing those bay doors all day long. It’s a wind tunnel. They need some better heat. 2-4 waste oil heaters in the corners with good fans would allow them to stay much warmer, they would be quick and cheap install, run off of the waste oil that they get from changing oil so the fuel cost is almost nothing. Sure I get that every time the doers open every 20 minutes it’s gonna lose some heat. But imagine if it was YOU out there all day, freezing your hands nose ears etc. You can wear all the insulated overalls and coats, but you really can’t wear thick gloves and still do the work they need to do. Management needs to recognize this. You could put 4 small heaters in the corners about 8’ off the floor or put two larger ones, one on each end. For each set of bays. This would help out tremendously, employees that are respected, paid well, and have better working conditions will always increase productivity and that increases profit margin, and employee retention. Price was “reasonable” considering inflation. Last oil change was a Jiffy Lube and it cost 50% more.
