  Worst experience to date. I had a date and time scheduled through my insurance company. Two individuals called me to confirm my reservation. The next day, I dropped my car off at the body shop & requested a ride to the facility. They sent over a worker to transport my wife & I to the rental location. We then had to wait for an hour for them to get a car ready for our RESERVATION. In the meantime, there were regular walk ups that evidently rent there often that were serviced and prioritized over us. They finally called me for a Chevy Equinox. I asked if there was anything else available and was told there was a car but it would be an upgrade and I would pay the $10 more per day difference, I declined, took the Chevy & upon entering the road the low oil light came on. I turned around not even a mile from them and took the car back. I was told that the car had just been serviced and they forgot to reset the low oil light. I advise that I was uncomfortable at this point with taking the car based on some past experiences. They agreed to switch us to another car (another Equinox of course). I've rented and swapped cars out several times with rental companies and never got the same model as I just got out of. Low and behold, this one has hard to adjust seatbelts. I was asked to come back later in the afternoon to swap the car out. I left and came back later, just to be told that there was nothing for me available at that time. I spoke with my insurance company who called the facility on my behalf and was told to have me come in the next day by 9:30am. My wife gets there at 9:15, sits for 45 mins and is told to get her out of there faster, she can get a PICKUP TRUCK! THIS IS UTTERLY ABSURD! My wife declined that, noticed that there were at least one other suv sitting there which is what she prefers to drive. She was offered no explanation, empathy or anything. She left AGAIN with the faulty seatbelt Chevy. I would NEVER recommend this location for any reason to anyone that is looking for even the slightest customer service or satisfaction. They seem to be incapable of either!

  Staff was rude and not helpful at all. I've rented from Enterprise at least 4 x in the past 2 years and used the same debit cards to reserve the rental. But this location was saying because my business debit cards had my company name and not mine they were no good. Instead of figuring out how to help me with my rental, which I'm sure I'm in the system with all the offers they send me and try to help me get my rental I was turned away with no vehicle. I promise I won't ever rent from Enterprise again. Thanks to your staff of rude people that seem to not even want to be at work.

  Horrible. I booked a vehicle for pickup for 6p due to Atlanta traffic arrived 610, not knowing they close at 6. I stood outside in the rain waiting to be let in. I was told the vehicle wasn’t on the lot and I’d have to pay extra for one of the other vehicles on the lot. When I asked how that could even happen being that I’d BOOKED THE TRUCK AND RESERVED PICK UP, the representative says “well the pickup was for 6 o’clock”… as though that would’ve made a difference. I was not notified that my vehicle was not at the location. No attempt to assist or resolve it rectify. Absolute TRASH EXPERIENCE.

  Horrible!. What is the purpose of a reservation time if you still have to wait an hour in the lobby/ outside of the vehicle is not ready.
