  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Corporate leadership at Enterprise Rent-A-Car needs to immediately review what is happening at this location—because the lowest reviews are telling the truth. I was dropped off by my dealership because they had no loaners. I walked in with no reservation but clearly explained I urgently needed a car to get to work by 9:00 a.m. The employee said he understood and even promised a larger vehicle since I’m 6’0” and cannot fit in a compact car. Two hours passed with zero communication. When I politely asked for an update, the manager, Harmony, spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful tone, saying, “You didn’t have a reservation—don’t be walking up to him asking about your car.” When I said she didn’t have to be rude, she doubled down and said she didn’t care if I called corporate. That is unacceptable leadership behavior. After waiting two hours, they still put me in a tiny Mitsubishi that I had already explained I could not fit into comfortably. When another employee tried to help, the manager again said, “She didn’t have a reservation,” as if that justified poor treatment. The vehicle also had visible damage, and I was charged $400 for one day for this experience. This review is not just about a wait time. It is about: • Lack of communication • Disrespectful management • Broken promises • Questionable vehicle condition • Overpriced rental Corporate—please investigate this location, review the manager’s conduct, and listen to your customers before more people are treated this way. I have already filed a formal complaint with customer service and documented the vehicle condition. Customers deserve professionalism, respect, and honesty. This location delivered none of it.

  Great service and friendly staff. The manager was very accommodating to my request. The check in and out process was very simple. One negative....The car wasn't wash when I picked it up.
