  Had a reservation for an upcoming vacation for our family of 5. Reserved either an SUV or minivan with a 3rd row seat. They called me Wednesday to confirm said reservation. I called them back and was transferred to their customer service where I confirmed and was told that they would send that message to this branch. I get there today, and they have no record of the confirmation. Wanted to take my payment before showing me the “options” available. The only options were sedans or a 15 passenger van. The associate was very non chalant about it. I asked her to call different locations and she called two and apparently they didn’t have any either. This is the second time this location has done this. I’m getting married tomorrow and going on vacation, hence the reason for a reservation. I needed to get this taken care of today. I left without a vehicle. Called corporate and they were putting their “team” on it. And they’d let me know as soon as they found something out. I called another location and they had something to meet our needs. Avoid this place.
