  I book a reservation at this location two days prior to my pick up I had to pick up for 8 AM. I received a call at 7:45 telling me that it was no cars available and I will be notified as soon as one comes available. I waited all day, basically wasting my whole day.Every time I go to this location They never have any cars I don’t understand why make a reservation if you guys don’t have any cars that doesn’t make any sense and I have lost money on top of money just from Communication era im a goal member and I rent all the time for enterprise may have to wait. Just a for few minutes but not a whole day. I am very disappointed with this location. Thanks could have been better just dispointed smh…. Dont waste your time making resvation at this location… I will never go back to this location…

  Always take 30 minutes or longer. It’s like no one is working or people always on break or lunch.

  Complete Bait and Switch, I had a reservation one week in advance for a midsize suv. Once I got to the location, they informed me the only car they have available is a Mazda Miata. No call ahead of time, no notice. Complete disregard of my time, or any common courtesy. I would not recommend.
