  I made a reservation, and at the last minute they told me they didn't have any cars available. Terrible place, not recommended.

  Worst customer service ever I rented this car from an enterprise down the street nobody was there because they’re We’re not open yet so I came down to this one to get some air in my tire tires because it’s cold outside and it dropped 6 pounds in each tire and they told me I would have to sit there for another 20 minutes before they opened even though there were Three people already working outside all I need was air in my tires

  This was my first time renting through this Emterprise and it was a million times better than the one in Stockbridge. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for both pick up and drop off. TJ was excellent. He took the time to make sure the car was all set up for me. This will be the location i utilize from now on.

  This is my second terrible experience with Enterprise, and at this point I can confidently say this company has the worst customer service and reservation system I’ve ever dealt with. Back in October, I made a reservation through Expedia for a 7-seater SUV. The morning I called to confirm the vehicle was ready, I was told they “couldn’t confirm my reservation” because there was no phone number on file—even though my Expedia booking clearly had my number attached. As a result, the reservation wasn’t honored and I ended up without a car. Fast forward to my second reservation for December 25th. After what happened last time, I called on December 21st to confirm early. I was told again that they “might not have the vehicle” and to call back Monday. I called first thing Monday morning at 9 AM. This time I was told there was a recall on certain vehicles, and they might not have the SUV I reserved. When I asked why they hadn’t called customers immediately if a recall happened Friday, I was told they “planned to call today.” This made no sense because I had already called before the time they claimed the recall notification was supposed to happen. By 5:30 PM, I called back again. The representative told me she saw two reservations—one for a full-size car and one for a 5-seater SUV. I NEVER made either of those. I reserved an 8-seater SUV. When I asked who changed or split my original reservation into two completely different ones, she blamed Priceline. I have never used Priceline. My reservations were both booked through Expedia. At this point, this is beyond incompetence. It’s misleading, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Enterprise will screw up your reservation, give you the runaround, blame everyone else, and leave you without the vehicle you booked. They are unreliable, disorganized, and show absolutely no respect for their customers’ time or plans. Do NOT book with Enterprise under any circumstances. They lie, they deflect, and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. This has been an unbelievably frustrating experience, and no customer deserves to be treated this way.
