    I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra, and I have to say Carol Ann made the entire experience outstanding. From start to finish, her communication was top-tier. Even though the process took over a month because I was also in the middle of buying a home, she stayed patient, professional, and consistently kept me updated about the truck. What really stood out to me was that she didn’t just check in about the vehicle — she would call to see how my home-buying process was going as well. That level of genuine care and customer service is rare. She made me feel valued, not rushed, and never pressured. I know she may be newer to the business, but she’s a natural. I truly see her going far in this company, maybe even moving up into a higher position one day. I can’t say enough good things about her. I’m just grateful I had her as my sales representative. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle, ask for Carol Ann — you won’t regret it.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet Buick GMC. Two days ago I submitted an online request and yesterday a sales representative called me. I clearly asked for the out-the-door price, and she gave me a specific number on the phone. Based on that price, I drove 65 miles to the dealership today because I own a limousine business and was ready to purchase two vehicles. When I arrived, the price suddenly changed and was much higher than what I was told on the phone. That alone was frustrating, but the situation got worse. The customer service was poor, and the manager spoke to me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way instead of trying to resolve the issue. As a business owner prepared to buy multiple vehicles, I expected honesty, transparency, and professional treatment. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience

    Marcus, and especially Heather worked extremely well in answering my questions about a GMC Canyon that I was looking at to purchase for my son. I went in with a set amount to spend, however the Canyon that I liked had additional perks in the vehicle than what I was expecting. Due to these extras I expected to go above my budget but within limits. Heather went above and beyond to crunch numbers to achieve an acceptable price that I was willing to accept. I understand that they have a business to run and have a break even point, and a profit margin they wish to obtain. I believe we both achieved our objectives and I am a very satisfied customer, with the deal, and the experience I received while visiting Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet GMC.

    Heather and Jody were awesome! They went out of their way to support my purchase. Heather responded almost immediately when I inquired about the vehicle. I was busy working and could not visit the store. I purchased the vehicle online and they both delivered it to my house. It just does not get any better than that. Top quality customer support. The other thing I really liked about the vehicle was all types of maintenance was performed on the vehicle reassuring me it was a quality vehicle and ready to have another 100k miles put on it. The manager did not try to pad the price and sold it to me for almost their cost. I also enjoyed talking directly to the finance team. I declined the extended warranty yet they did offer one at a good price. Great overall experience on this purchase.

    Scott was extremely pushy and aggressive throughout the process. He immediately pushed high-cost repairs—nearly $3,200 for a torque converter replacement, followed by a $9,000 transmission replacement, saying “when that doesn’t work.” He also stated that the $900 transmission flush and TCM relearn would be an added cost before moving on to those repairs. This was for a 2020 GMC Sierra Denali with just over 118,000 miles. I requested the transmission flush and TCM relearn, which resolved the issue. The $900 price still felt highly inflated, as a similar service on a comparable truck cost a friend $500. Different fluids were used, but that does not justify nearly double the price. The problem was resolved based on my own research, saving me thousands compared to the repairs initially recommended. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, extremely predatory and high-pressure. I would not recommend Bellamy Strickland in McDonough for service.
