  Very unsatisfied customer service experience. My husband and I were referred by a friend to this dealership. When we got there, the sales rep said scan the QR code and find prices. We did that and found the vehicle we wanted. Went in to discuss prices and was told the price we see online(advertised) is incorrect. They can’t sale the truck to us for that price. The price went up at least 10k to 20k more. I will NEVER do business with a company that false advertise information and won’t hold to there error, because clearly it wasn’t our mistake but was told it is.

  On December 3, 2025, I dropped off my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado at the Chevrolet service center in McDonough, GA due to a transmission shudder issue. For context, this vehicle was purchased brand new with only 3 miles on it from the Union City Chevrolet dealership. I was quoted approximately $4,300 for the repair and did not receive my vehicle back until December 26, 2025—nearly an entire month later. As a loyal customer who purchased this truck new from a Chevrolet dealership and who regularly returns for routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire services, I was extremely disappointed that no loaner vehicle, rental discount, or courtesy assistance was offered during this extended repair period. As a result, I was forced to pay nearly $1,000 out of pocket for a rental vehicle while my truck remained in the shop. Given that the dealership retained my vehicle for almost a full month, I believe it would have been reasonable to offer some form of customer accommodation—whether a loaner vehicle, discounted rental assistance, a complimentary car wash, or even a few free oil changes. Unfortunately, no such consideration was extended. To make matters worse, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I requested to speak with someone who could explain in detail the work that had been performed. I was informed that my service advisor was on vacation and that there was no one else available who could review or explain the repairs. Although a staff member attempted to contact someone, no assistance was ultimately provided. It was concerning to be told that only one individual in the entire dealership could explain the work completed on my vehicle. Overall, this experience fell far short of the level of service I expect—especially as a long-standing customer who invested in a brand-new Chevrolet. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customer care, communication, and accountability are just as important as the repair itself

  This was one of the best car purchasing experiences. Ronnie greeted me when I walked in the door and offered to help me. I simply wanted to test drive a car or two to see if I was truly interested. He provided the keys and let me drive and explore the car. No pressure from him or silly sales tactics. I left and he text me numbers which I requested and I decided to move forward with the purchase. Z was the finance manager and what a great guy. He was calm, helpful, not slimy add on tricks and completed the transaction in a timely manner. Both, Ronnie and Z, offered to help anytime with questions and needs with the car. Just such a simple process for such a large purchase and I left the dealership with peace knowing I had made the right decision and the team who helped me was perfect!
