This Autozone is my go to spot mostly because it is the closest. Went in for headlight bulb replacement. Helped by Paul who I don't remember seeing before. Manager perhaps. In any case, super professional, polite, helpful. Observe him being the same a couple times on the phone as well.
Autozone normally has good people, this guy was GREAT.
Thanks Autozone.

I was in McDonough when it began to rain. It was late and already cold outside, didn't need the rain. After a few minutes, I couldn't see the road. I was 45 minutes from home. I put my wipers on high only to see the rubber on the driver side wiper strip away from the blade. I put on my hazard light and began to creep along in a 55 mph area. After 10 minutes of enduring the honking horn, I saw the familiar AutoZone sign and pulled in. The guys were great. The youngest looked like he was maybe high school age. He told me my options and I picked a name I knew, Duralast. He said that it was the AutoZone brand. He went to the car in the rain to make sure it fit. Came back, rang it up ,then went out to install them. He told me to be careful. I like that. I told him to get a cap on to avoid getting a cold. He said I will ma'am. Have a good evening. Thank you AutoZone. Great employee. Wish I had gotten his name.
