My son needed a battery but it was suggested by the associate assisting us that he inquire about getting a new battery free due to it possibly still being in warranty before purchasing a new one. Unfortunately it was out of warranty but the suggestion and service he received was priceless.

I pulled up to Auto Zone and saw a young lady putting in another person's battery.she did a fantastic job. i said to het, I need your help. without attitude she said glad to help you and got right to it. my battery was full of corrosion and she cleaned all of it.She put some kind of protecting stuff on it and then put the battery in for me.My appreciation is through the roof for this young lady named Toni Goggins. thank you Autozone for your fantastic store manager.
