Kind, courteous, helpful, and gives you a breakdown of the product you are asking about or trying to purchase. I came in today to buy a battery for my Chevy Silverado. Jay explained to me in great detail regarding what was available. He also installed the battery in my truck. For the past couple of months I’ve been spending a lot of money and have received less than exceptional service. This was not the case today. Jay is a gem! Kindness and courtesy is something that takes little effort and no specialize training. It was not just with me, I can tell he treats his co-workers the same.
