    Service maintenance as well as emission checks and new wiper blades. Staff was extremely courteous and professional. I liked the atmosphere and did not have to wait long for my vehicle to be completed. As usual they are great! Thank you Dennis for helping me with my questions prior to my visit. Dennis was very helpful and saved my $$

    From the time I reached out with an inquiry Monday night it was great. First communicated with Brittney who sent pics to confirm you all had the car. Then I came in and was greeted by Ronnie. As soon as we sat down he understood my frustration from other dealers. He went right out and got the car I wanted and never tried to push me off to any other car! Then I met Za'Favious and he was just as great. There were no hidden fees and ridiculous upcharges. They got me with a better deal and bank and I'm under budget of where I wanted to be payment wise. The atmosphere was so welcoming. And thank you for my hat! I've already shared the info with other friends looking for a car. Thank you for getting me back on the road.

    Robert was amazing! Very courteous and he made this experience, smooth and stress-free! Everywhere else I checked, wanted to take at least 3 to 5 weeks to finish my repairs. This team finished me in about two weeks! I hope to never need any future repairs to my car, but if I should, I will definitely choose Bellamy Strickland!

    I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Silverado from Bellamy Strickland after purchase several items were missing from agreed contract. I selected wheel and tire upgrade and lift kit identified in a catalog I was charged an additional $12,000 I requested wide lip rims and mud tires, the rims and tires installed had no wide lip and the tires were rugged terrain the estimated value was only $7,000 I also requested my original wheels and tires that I purchased with the truck Rodney Moody internet sales manager produced a document on 3/30/2026 showing I received a $1,500 credit for my original wheels and tires this is a fake document I have no knowledge or signature on this document, management refuses to address this issue.

    Subject: Formal Service Escalation – GMC Strickland Dealership I am writing to formally escalate a recent service experience at GMC Strickland, which was extremely disappointing and inconsistent with the customer care standards I expect from a GMC dealership. During a recent oil change appointment, I was not asked whether I wished to proceed with any of the additional multipoint checks that have routinely been offered during prior visits. When I inquired about this omission, I was told my name had been called over the loudspeaker and that I did not respond. However, I was on the premises the entire time, seated in the outdoor waiting area that GMC Strickland provides for customers. If customers are called over the loudspeaker, it is reasonable—and necessary—for staff to check both indoor and outdoor waiting areas before concluding that a customer is unavailable. No such effort was made. I was also under the impression that a tire rotation was included with my oil change. If this service is not included, I have no recollection of ever being asked whether I would like to add a tire rotation for an additional fee. As a result, a tire issue went unaddressed, and shortly afterward I had to visit an external tire shop where I purchased two front tires at a cost exceeding $400—an expense that may have been mitigated had proper communication occurred. Equally concerning was the dismissive attitude of the service representative, which conveyed a lack of accountability and an implication that the situation was my fault, despite the fact that I was present and available throughout the service visit. Additionally, when I asked the cashier a follow‑up question, her repeated response was simply, “I don’t know.” No effort was made to seek assistance or connect me with someone who could help. This interaction reinforced an overall impression of a service culture that is unengaged, unaccountable, and indifferent to customer concerns. This experience represents a significant breakdown in communication, customer service, and professionalism. It has negatively impacted my trust in GMC Strickland and my willingness to return for future service. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed by management, along with clarification on service communication procedures, customer‑tracking expectations, and staff training standards. I would also appreciate a response outlining any corrective steps being taken to prevent similar experiences for other customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
