  They have the ability to get parts that they don't have on hand relatively quickly. They typically have most things in stock unless it's a rare vehicle. They can check motorcycle parts more now even though they are still limited in the stocking of those parts. They have free battery testing, charging, and engine light testing. The staff are always there to help and even install most batteries and light bulbs.

  So I went this morning to get a lightbulb. They had some female with short hair and glasses working behind the counter who had not only a attitude, but poor knowledge in customer service experience then the guy in the back the Brandon guy he act like he had an attitude because I said I’d rather not deal with the lady upfront who had an attitude early this morning. I really miss when you could go into a parts store and it was mostly knowledgeable men who didn’t mind helping nowadays you have a bunch of females that wannabe men that hate their job sitting behind a counter with a bunch of attitude. I almost lost my character with this person, but instead I chose to not do business and take my services somewhere else. I hardly ever visit this location because this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this location, but this is my very last time visiting this location

  The young lady Ms Bailey at the counter is awesome!, she helped me as soon as she could and together we were able to fix the problem that I had , she was very patient and helpful taught me a couple things that I had no clue about
