I originally made a reservation for the Enterprise in the Augusta Airport, but when I showed up they said no Enterprises in the area had cars available and couldn’t honor my reservation. However, when I called the Bobby Jones Enterprise they were able to arrange a vehicle immediately for me to pick up that day! So grateful for these guys 🤩

I already have reached out to the appropriate people…😡 - I have reached out to your damage recovery unit, and have provided them the police report number. They have refused to provide me any other information other than the rental contract. I need a copy of all documents used to rent this vehicle. - I have reached out to the local branch and I still have received no response - and I have tried to reach them twice - twice I was promised Tiberius would call me back, but no response. I also spoke with someone at national customer service number who put in a report and said that I should receive a response within 48 hours from the local branch as well. - I have emailed the area manager Dylan and I’m still waiting on a response.… Point being-I have reached out through multiple official channels already, and nothing is happening…
