  I returned a rental vehicle to this Enterprise location yesterday, fully cleaned and with a full tank of gas, despite a minor insurance mix-up that had nothing to do with me personally (the rental was originally arranged through my ex-husband and insurance). I arrived around 4:50 PM and was left waiting until after 6:00 PM while employees finished their shifts. One by one, they watched me standing there and then left for the day, ultimately locking up and leaving me alone in a dark parking lot. Enterprise claims they offer courtesy rides. However, I was told they would not allow an employee to work a few extra minutes of overtime to provide one—essentially punishing me for a situation I did not cause. I clearly explained that: • I work from home and could not wait indefinitely • My ride fell through due to an unexpected flat tire • I was alone, as a woman, after dark No one offered help. No one checked on my safety. No one cared. I was ultimately forced to find my own way home and was thankfully helped by a kind stranger—another woman—who confirmed that Enterprise does typically offer rides, which makes this situation even more disturbing. Being left stranded alone after dark by a business that advertises customer care and safety is unacceptable. This experience reinforced why Enterprise has never been my first choice: • The vehicles are mediocre • Customer service is consistently dismissive • Employees appear indifferent to basic human safety If my insurance hadn’t required Enterprise, I would never have chosen them. I would rather pay out of pocket for a company that treats customers like people—not inconveniences. This location needs serious accountability and retraining. What happened here was negligent and unsafe.
