He refused to give me a refund for a "free" upgrade that I told him I did NOT want and proceeded to say I said things that were 100% untrue! Also, tried to have my insurance pay for his mistake for inputting the upgrade information in their system incorrectly and when my insurance called him on his mistake admitted he made the mistake but said I'm responsible for paying for it since my insurance wouldn't cover it. He wouldn't provide either myself or my insurance agent a contact number for a superior manager. He refused to correct his mistake. The charge has been disputed and corporate will be contacted first thing in the morning. I would highly advise anyone to stay far far away from this enterprise!!! Never have I had such a horrible customer service experience with a company before.

They coordinated directly with my insurance company and the body shop to keep everything moving smoothly, shielding me from unnecessary complications. When repair delays extended my rental and my insurance company began assessing charges earlier than agreed, Morgan and Justice immediately engaged all parties to resolve the issue and ensure I was taken care of. Their professionalism, follow-through, and customer-first mindset reflect the highest standard of service and deserves recognition.
