Damien is the reason I stopped going to a competitor store altogether — his service is simply on another level. Every time I come in, he goes above and beyond. I’ve personally watched him help three or four customers at the same time, never missing a beat, and still giving each person the advice and attention they needed. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to truly help people is rare these days. Damien deserves triple the pay for the value he brings to that store. Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have him. I went to store 6420 on Columbia Rd to get the check engine light scanned and when I walked in i was happily greeted by Andrew and Robert, Andrew came outside in the freezing cold and wind to check the code and told me that I had a problem with my gas cap and found that it just wasn’t on there tight. I am so thankful for Andrew and Robert’s help fixing my car. I will definitely be coming back.
