I have to give a shout out to Ceci, because she certainly kept things moving and greeted all customers with a beautiful smile. I was in and out in the projected time frame and the repairman as well as a follow-on email reminded me of the things that I should do to ensure my warranty was protected. I enjoyed the experience and the waiting area was very pleasant.

When I came in for my service she was equally as nice and let me know that they some extra filling. They didn't make a fuss about my service dog and the waiting area was very nice and clean.

The tech reattached the sensor and told me it wouldn't be a recurring problem. He left residual glue around the sensor on the inside of the windshield. I'm not really impressed by the total experience.

The first windshield was scratched, the second time the appointment was cancelled without a call or email, the third the technician drove up and turned around and left without so much as a call. After several hours and several phones calls and finally speaking with 3 different employees, then the technician, Jonquez stated he didn't know if he was in the right location so he left. He couldn't call because Safelite put in the wrong telephone number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
