For a large nationwide company the communication with the local shop is terrible. Work order was wrong even during the replacement, they don’t really want to offer compensation for me waiting a month. Carlos my technician was fantastic, he was beyond apologetic for it taking so long, the mix up with the work orders.

I’ve got a car with a complelicated windshield (calibrations etc) and this is the only Safelite around that can fix it (I came from past Columbia). The staff here were all extremely nice and helpful. Fit me in quickly without much notice and got my windshield fixed an hour faster than I expected. Would probably drive back to this shop in the future for windshields even if I had closer options.
