Mechanic said drain plug and filter were in there fine with no leaks, but there was a minute amount of oil in the bottom (below dipstick) that was filthy and looked like it had been a really long time since it was changed. I can tell you none of my vehicles will ever go back here.
- GWGary WaltonMar 19, 20265.0We were driving down I 75 at about 75 miles per hour when we heard a terrible noise under our vehicle. Upon inspection I discovered the protection pan underneath was half bent down. I had just recently had my oil changed at Valvoline in East Cobb. I went back to them and they pulled up a video taken underneath my vehicle during the oil change. Yes they video it! They discovered a bolt had not been put back in place. Without any discussion they came right out and said they would replace the cover. It took some time to get it in but as promised they replaced it free of charge. Kudos to Devante, the tech, for being so helpful and considerate, and to Cameron, the manager, who ordered the part, followed up with status calls, and got everything taken care of. Everyone is gong to make mistakes, but it is how you handle it. I give Valvoline a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10.
