  After dealing with multiple shops for nearly six months, I found Syncro on a whim and I'm glad I did. What was taking weeks for other shops to diagnosed, Syncro diagnosed in under 15-minutes and provided me a plan of action. Phillip's communication during the whole process was amazing and left me with no doubt that I was receiving the best of the best repair to my BMW. The handling and response of my vehicle proves just that! They've gained a new customer.
