The last time we were at Mavis in January my husband reminded them they need to fix the lug they broke 3 months prior. At the prior visit they told him they didn't have the parts and to come back. To my surprise today, more than one needs to be replaced. We've been coming to this location since August so I can only assume the broken lugs are from this place. It's dangerous to be driving around like this.
