  Picked up a reservation at this location and the customer service was very horrible. No one greeted us upon entry b/c the workers were too worried about signing up for 401k. I did not get any names but I have great descriptions of the associates. During the check out process the one associate who was a African American female with a short wig and craters in her cheeks continued to interrupt the very rude Caucasian lady with a red mark on her forehead, who was assisting me, to ask questions regarding 401k, which delayed the process. Once outside at the rental car the Caucasian female was very aggressive with her tone stating “If MY CAR this and MY CAR that…” I could of swore it was enterprise’s car but ok “YOUR CAR”. People need to really take lessons on what great customer service skills are!

  Called in , spoke with a guy named Jordan I believe , would not help me. Asked me to call back in 20 mins , he then replied no … it’s 1043. So I said I’m sorry … 17 mins. Very unhelpful with the situation that I was put in by the Roswell location making me a reservation for a truck they ended up not having. Just a waste of time dealing with enterprise

  I rent with this particular location at least two or three times a month. The customer service here is outstanding, Hannah the branch manager is phenomenal along with everyone on the team. I love the quickness and convenience of this location and I will continue to rent from them.
