  This has to be the worst enterprise I’ve ever had to deal with. I had called around 3 pm they said they will call back in 10 minutes Did not call back I had to physically go there myself and in the end they told me information that would’ve been useful to know the first time I had called. Today there is never anyone answering phones ?? No one is ever available.

  They will lie about when you return your car and get over on you. Make sure you record and time stamp everything you do. These guys are sneaky adding money to take from your pockets. Don’t trust them. Also the manager is young and doesn’t have good customer service at all. Don’t take my word for it go see for yourself.

  Customer service here sucks no greetings , No I’ll be right with you , I stepped out for a second to take a call just to come back in and another customer is being helped. I brought it to the managers attention one of these names Omarion , Desmond , Jarrett, Logan but he just stared at me. After waiting almost an hour the car still was not ready. I know enterprise to be very professional and this experience was everything but that.

  I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Enterprise location on Cobb Parkway. I was there for an insurance rental and ended up waiting over 2 hours just to get a vehicle. To make matters worse, my wife was initially told she could use her information to pick up the car, but when she got there they refused to proceed, forcing me to leave work and come in myself. When I finally arrived, the car they brought out wasn’t even clean. They had to take it back and attempt to clean it three separate times before it was even remotely acceptable. What made the situation even more frustrating was the attitude of the staff. The agent assisting me laughed throughout the interaction when I brought up the issues, which felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I also asked for a manager, and nothing was done to resolve the situation or make it right. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience. Waiting hours for a rental, dealing with miscommunication, and being treated like the situation was a joke is unacceptable. I will never return to this location and would strongly caution others before doing business with a place that does not respect its customers’ time or concerns.

  Logan was the best rental car agent/salesman I’ve ever worked with. His personality, time management, and customer service were truly top-notch. From the moment I arrived, he created a welcoming and professional atmosphere and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Logan got me in and out in a timely manner and placed me in a vehicle of my choice without any hassle. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Experiences like this make a big difference. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Logan, for providing such an excellent experience! He deserves a RAISE!!
