    Rented a car from the 13th February to the 16th of March. Due back 9:00 am on the 16th. Returned at 8:30am. Total was $804. They charged me a extra day. $44 Went back to Enterprise 3 times and was told by the 1st guy he was from a different branch filling in and could not help, 2nd visit they were to busy to look into it. (yes, there was a decent line) 3rd visit, Was told he could not refund since 2 weeks had passed and that the contract was closed out. He did not care I had been proactive to resolve and made 2 trips already to Enterprise. I showed him the reservation and I was right but he refused. This is a straight up scam rip off! Be careful Car renters and check your billing from these guys! See pictures.

    Nyla and her staff at the Canton Rd, Marietta, Ga location were great from start to finish. She went out of her way to find a car for me and was kind and accommodating. During a time that I was stressed due to a car accident this was much needed. I would rent from this location again if I needed a rental!
