  New leadership , HORRIBLE customer service! Josh Kinnons doesn’t need to be in any form of leadership! I would always patronize this location up until this point! Definitely recommend another location. Unwilling to accommodate the customer even as a courtesy due to unforeseen circumstances.

  We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from the Enterprise team. A special thank you to Logan Guy who assisted us at the Marietta location (next to the Big Chicken), who promptly helped us find the specific car we were looking for and took great care of us throughout the process. He was very attentive, helpful, and professional. We will definitely choose Enterprise again for future car rentals.

  I have used this location twice and they have been amazing from the time I make the reservation until I drop off the car. I think his name was Josh-he was amazing. He explained the insurance policy and was super patient with all my questions! Top tier service! Thank you!

  I called this morning to schedule for a car to pick me up for my upcoming reservation and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. As I was giving her my address, she cut me off to say my reservation would have to be switched to another location that was closer to my home. I was confused because I'm well under the 10-mile allowance for neighborhood pickups, and I told her as much. I did not use the other branch because they do not allow after-hours drop-offs. The woman continued to repeat the same thing over and over again about moving the reservation to the other location. I told her I wanted to keep my reservation for THIS location and was trying to get more information on their rules for picking up customers, when she hung up on me. I was not rude to her, but she could hear that I was confused, and she honestly seemed annoyed at having to deal with me. If pick-up rules ARE branch specific, I would have completely understood and made other accommodations if she had professionally explained that to me. But she didn't. She chose to be rude and end the call. I cancelled my reservation and went with Hertz instead. I doubt I'll use Enterprise again in the future.

  I recently had an outstanding experience renting a vehicle from the Enterprise location off Austell Road, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived at the end of a long day to pick up my car, the entire team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and dedication to customer service. Special shoutout to Assistant Branch Manager Cierra Daniels, whose white-glove approach made the whole process seamless and stress-free. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, even as closing time approached. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the vehicle during my rental, but the team’s responsiveness was impressive. They were willing addressed it promptly and with genuine care, even though I was not able to get back to the location to be able to resolve it. When it came time to return the car after hours, the drop-off was effortless. I simply parked, dropped the keys in the secure box, and that was it. No complications, no worries. Overall, this was hands-down one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. The focus on customer satisfaction from Cierra and her team truly sets this location apart. I’ll definitely be renting from here again. Thank you all for making my experience smooth and enjoyable!
