Another car with a membership made it thru while I waited with no commutation. After waiting for ten minutes and him telling me to wait in my car and then abruptly leaving, I then waited a few minutes and decided to turnaround and leave. I saw someone else comment about this issue. Customers service needs improvement.

I have gone several times since the change just for a quick and cheap wash, but have come away unimpressed each time. For starters, the attendants meet you at the paying station and always try to upsell you on a monthly plan. During the actual wash, the rinsing at the end isn’t sufficient to get rid of all the soap. Each time there have been loads of bubbles on the windshield and back window, and the bed looks like a bubble bath. The most recent trip left multiple streaks and scratches on the sides. This never occurred when it was Camel.
