When its my turn she asks me twice to repeat what I want.My total was 17.69. I paid with $100 bill. She gave me back a $50, a $20, a $10 and a quarter. She shorted me $2.01. I notice when I go to put my change in my purse from my pocket. I go to call the number off the receipt and it is out of order. I then call store support 4 times and they keep sending me to a line no one answers. I am currently on hold in complete silence and have been for 10 minutes. This is my 5th call

- AHashley hoodNov 20, 20251.0It’s very disappointing that this racetrack, along with several others I’ve stopped at, continues to have extremely dirty bathrooms. Your employees are sitting up front chit-chatting instead of checking the restrooms, and the conditions are unacceptable every time I come in. This isn’t a one-time issue. There is toilet paper and trash everywhere, blood on the wall in the second stall, the receptacles are overflowing, and one of the automatic sinks isn’t working. This strictly falls on the store manager and the district manager. As far as I see it, if the store manager isn’t doing their job the district manager should be stepping in to ensure these things are getting done by the store.
