- CLChelsea LanceOct 18, 20251.0I picked up some wings from this location on a Saturday at 11am. I had just purchased them and tried to bite into one. The wings were burned and old, so I asked if I could trade them for wings that were sitting in the tray behind them. A NEW tray that was out. BOTH employees doing food prep just looked at me and ignored me. I burned my arm reaching back to replace my old wings with edible ones, as they watched. Completely rude customer service. I plan on calling corporate about the incident, considering I burned myself instead of receiving help from two employees standing right behind the food prep area. There are certain things you have to deal with when you serve food. One of those things is people not wanting burned food, and maybe even asking you for something. What a concept! If you don’t want to deal with people then get a job stocking a warehouse.
