This is ridiculous I am a 20 year old female do you know how dangerous it is for to be sitting outside waiting on someone because it says “24 hours”. Then they don’t answer the phone … just horrible.

She fell on both knees and hit her face and ear. 3 employees seen it and never ask if she was ok nor did they help her. 2 customers ask if she was ok. After the customers ask then the manager walked over and ask if she wanted to make an accident report. When my daughter said yes she walked away then returned with a little piece of paper with corporate number written on it. We then called and left a message in which NO one has returned our phone calls. Today corporate told us we couldn’t get a copy of the video of that day, our attorney had asked for it. SO I GUESS MY ATTORNEY WILL BE CALLING NEXT. Also we were told corporate would not allow them to put Rugs down.. Y’all be careful going in this store because we are not the first ones for this to Happen to.
