Serenity said that if we wanted anything to let her know because she was making fresh food, instead of us having to grab food from inside the glass. She made sure our food was fresh and it was the best RT meal we’ve ever had. Ended up being our NYE dinner. Thank you so much for the great customer service, Serenity! Hope you get a bonus!

I believe their employees are getting paid cash under the table to let construction workers park there the whole day. Corporate take note. They are not employees cars either. Their coffee machines always broke. They never have mayonaise for the hot dogs. The bathroom is disgusting and no toilet paper. So if you want to keep your car from being towed, using a disgusting bathroom, or waiting long lines to get a coffee do NOT stop at this location! I hope corporate fires everyone and restructures this place.

I've enjoyed it for years, I've always been pleased with the drink and snacks selections of this store and their Racetrac rewards. My most recent visit I was met with managment trying to accuse me of stealing, showing me a picture on her phone of a self checkout kiosk screen I had left because I moved/purchased my items at a another self checkout kiosk after the one I was previously using needed an employee login and I was not being helped. I noticed they were busy so I simply moved to another kiosk to pay for my items. I quit working here earlier this year for unrelated reasons, setting that aside I did still enjoy being a customer but not anymore.
