    I love Discount Tire. Always professional and friendly while providing great service. I would have given more stars if I could for the Christian music playing in the waiting room. Thankful for their boldness to speak Jesus even without speaking.

    My appointment was made for 7:30am. I arrived at 7:30 am and the front desk guy was there. I proceeded to tell him i was there for a battery change and I had made an appointment. He looked surprised and asked who authorized the appt as of there isn't a whole call center answering yalls calls. Anyway, I told him the make and model of my car and was told $25 more than what I was quoted over the phone. He then told me there was nobody there to swap my battery and they won't be there until after 8am. Ridiculous! I made an early appointment so I can make it to my other appointment that morning at 9:30am. I asked him how long is the service and he said about 30 minutes. OK I guess ill wait. Why open at 7:30 if you aren't working at 7:30. So I waited in the parking lot and wasnt seen until 8:20. Once my car was in the back it was a lot of lolly gagging and phone checking going on. The young man that was working on my car didn't seem to know what he was doing at all the way he kept pulling out his phone and reading. My car wasnt done until 9:15. And i booked a 7:30am appointment for something that takes 30 minutes to do. Guess who was late....
