They checked it out right away and it turned to be something of major concern. They were able to fix it in 3 hrs. Friendly and competent staff. I don't have any price comparison but I had to trust they were taking care of a 75 year old lady honorably.

I was expecting to pay around $600 for 4 tires (BOGO @250 each) But it ended up being over $800 due to fees etc. They also added road hazard coverage without telling me until I questioned the cost. That was another $160. Overall I'm satisfied with Mr Tire. I just wasn't expecting all the additional costs.
- WWWYLIEFeb 20, 20261.0I and my dad went to this location to buy 4 brand new tires earlier this year. We went with our old 2021 and 2023 tires. Instead of giving us new tires we paid for, they put 4 2023 tires on my vehicle hoping we would not check them. The most disappointing part of this is that it was done by the store manager. I had to come back a week later to get the actual tires I paid for. Disappointed in this company because this was my first time patronising them. After they changed my tires, my car started making weird noises and I had to go to a mechanic to check the car again. Save your self the trouble and find a different tire shop. If I could give it zero stars I would.
