  Phenomenal! The only place willing to get my tire in TODAY AND INSTALL IT so that I can make it to a major family event in another state tomorrow morning! Key made it all happen and this is the 2nd time she worked a miracle for me! Always coming back!

  Had a flat tire on my truck. Took it to Pep Boys and they could not fix it correctly. Plugged it and it leaked within one day. Took it to Mavis and they fixed it without a problem. Customer service was excellent. The technical knowledge was great. I will always go back to Mavis now. Great service. Very pleasant people.

  We found ourselves with a flat on a road trip 200 miles from home. Mavis took our car at the end of the work day, put on new tires and got us back on the road—in record time! I highly recommend this service center and team.

  I definitely put some thought into even posting this review because i don’t even complain or review places at all but i felt like this was just something people needed to know before coming to this location but anyways. I came to this location a couple of months ago and was somewhat “greeted” by a person named Keshawn or whatever her name is .. she goes by “Key” i believe… all i know is she isn’t the “key to success” for Mavis discount tires. a couple of months ago i went to get the free battery check service they provide and she seemed annoyed at all my questions and looked at me like i was the nastiest looking person alive. so i said never mind and just took my business elsewhere because i HATE feeling like i’m bothering someone while i’m trying to get a service done, and i was planning on buying some tires and a new battery after figuring out what was wrong with my battery. Anyways, fast forward to my recent visit, I went to this location again to give it another chance… well… Keshawn was there again but this time ARGUING with an employee.. if she would have spoke to me that way or anyone else having a bad day then it would have been a MUCH bigger issue and honestly i don’t even know how she is still working here! i didn’t even BOTHER wasting my time or money .. i heard cuss words and everything you could imagine going towards one of her employees… she is a complete joke and whoever her boss is needs to get fired along with her because it is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous that you allow someone so rude and nasty to work for such a big company… well… now i know i’m definitely not coming back… even if it was the last store open. Pep boys here i come. do better mavis

  I can’t say enough good things about Mavis Tire. From the moment I walked in, Jeff, the manager, made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He was professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle without any pressure or upselling. The staff was beyond knowledgeable. You can tell they truly understand their craft and take pride in their work. They answered all my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and fixed my car efficiently and correctly the first time. It’s rare to find a shop that combines expertise, integrity, and outstanding customer service the way This Mavis does. I actually drive past at least 10 shops for this service. If you’re looking for a reliable mechanic you can trust, I highly recommend Mavis Tire and asking for Jeff and his team!
