  I went there today panicked about my tire losing air because it’s my roommate’s truck and he’s out of town. A very nice gentleman helped me, put air in the tire because the one at the gas station wasn’t filling it properly. He even put a little extra air to hold me over in case there’s something that needs to be patched. I don’t know anything about auto mechanics so I was very grateful to have this guy help me and he didn’t even charge me any money. Super nice. Totally professional and helpful!

  I stopped by Mavis because I noticed a screw sticking out of my tire. Sonny was kind, efficient, and honest. He removed the screw and fortunately found no leaks when he tested the tire. I was fortunate to not need any further work, but I believe I would have received great service if it had been needed. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with no charge. Very appreciated.

  I recently had an outstanding experience at the East Cobb Mavis Tire location (1405 East Cobb Dr, Marietta), thanks to Sonny and his excellent crew. My daughter’s car started showing signs of trouble, and they took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, clearly explaining the extent of the problem and the necessary repairs. Their honesty and expertise literally saved her from the risk of breaking down and becoming stranded on the road; something no parent wants to worry about! I was pleasantly surprised to learn just how comprehensive their services are beyond tires. They handle a full range of vehicle maintenance needs with professionalism and care. Sonny’s team was fair, knowledgeable, and genuinely good-natured throughout the entire process; no high-pressure sales, just straightforward advice and quality work. Going forward, my entire family will be making this our go-to spot for any general vehicle maintenance.   I wish I could give this place more stars because this was the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received at a repair shop. Sonny and Paul helped me out today, and I was escorted to my car as it was on the lift to see exactly what was wrong — incredible. Even though I just came in for a tire puncture repair, I discovered critical information on repairs that needed to be done that other shops missed entirely. I’ve had this noise coming from my front tires for years, and the last two shops I went to “couldn’t figure out what it was”. Sonny and Paul are extremely knowledgeable & gained all of my trust. I will be happily returning for all future repairs. Thank you!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on East Cobb Drive in Marietta, GA. Paul took the time to really listen to my concerns about my tire and communicated with me clearly throughout the entire process. My car was completely taken care of, and I always felt informed and comfortable with the service. Paul was thoughtful, very knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — which made all the difference. I truly appreciated his understanding and expertise. Highly recommend this location and especially Paul if you’re looking for great customer service!
