I went up there to talk about it and they could care less. He said I have to provide all this proof of getting alignments and tire rotations, and then they'll send it up to corporate, and then "maybe" they'll do something about it, but who knows. I suspect they are selling lesser grade "discount" tires that were out faster than usual, since I've never had this happen before. I won't be going back.

And their prices provide very good value. I recently had a recent experience at the East Piedmont location when Nic expertly diagnosed the baffling problem. And, to my complete surprise, fixed it without charge. My wife has stopped by Mavis locations a number of times to have tire pressure checked and they usually gladly offer to do it for her. In my opinion, they are a “cut above” when it comes to customer service and value.
