- EMErin Maurer3 days ago1.0I came in for a flat tire and they tried to convince me I needed to replace my whole car. I had just been to get my car looked at from a trusted shop so I knew for a fact that it was fine. They wanted several thousand dollars of repairs saying it was unsafe to drive. When looked at by another professional they said that some of the part changes didn't need to happen for over 5000 miles yet alone right away. It was expected matence for the cars lifetime not an imminent threat. It felt like they where trying to take advantage of the fact that the flat tired had scared me to make quick money. I will never be returning.

Thank you so much to Henry and Nick who kindly, after months of watching me use their air pump to fill up a slow leaking tire, repaired the puncture from a screw and also found a nail as well during the repair. They repaired the quickly, effectively, and as a courtesy. I will continue to bring my tire issues here to this Mavis location. Thank you to the team for such kind support - I have always felt welcomed and respected here. Highly recommend.
