The manager, Chance, explained to me that he could not plug my tire because it was too worn and I needed two new tires on the front. I angrily fired back at him letting him know that my two front tires were new. He calmly asked me to step outside so that he could show me. It turned out that my two new tires had been placed on the back, so he was correct. I apologized and thanked him for being honest. I was not able to purchase the tires, but I will definitely go back to this location when I can.
