When I came in, he didn’t hesitate to make sure I was taken care of timely and accurately. Everyone there is very detailed, professional, helpful, and friendly. Alex made sure I was updated and knew exactly what was going on because it was a time consuming process but they made it as quick as possible and made sure to do test drives before having me out on the road for my safety. Definitely recommend hands down!!! Also I feel they all deserve raises!!!
- THTom HuntJan 3, 20265.0Yesterday on a trip, I received continuous warning messages on the screen of my car indicating that "steering assist" and "braking assist" were not working and to check the car immediately. I was also receiving from my air pressure monitoring system that my left rear tire's pressure was 39 pounds compared to 45 on the front and 43 in the right rear. This morning, the left rear tire had leaked to 36 pounds. I pulled into Mavis Tires and Brakes on Johnson Ferry Road in Marietta, GA with whom I have dealt for years and began inflating my tire and planned to return for repair later in the day. Ernesto introduced himself to me and said, "That's what we're here for. You don't need to do that". He promptly inflated the tire and checked the others I returned 2:00 P.M. to, hopefully, have the tire repaired. After a few minutes, I was told that they couldn't find the leak. Ernesto said to his assistant that the tire had to be repaired. He was then able to find the leak and showed me the smallest nail imaginable, that was causing it. Despite having to remove and then replace a small piece of inner foam lining of the tire, 30 minutes later, the tire was repaired, and I was back on the road. Based on the way, Ernesto presented himself and would not give up, i'm sure this saved me days of temporarily inflating, watching and, ultimately, someone telling me they couldn't locate the problem. I have attached a photo of the nail which is less than an inch long and appears to be a small nail from a picture hanging kit. Thank you Ernesto! You are responsible for my labeling this as the "best service i've ever received at a tire shop!" Tom Hunt
