  1 Star I previously visited this location when it operated under a different brand and never had any issues. However, my recent visit after the transition to Jiffy Lube was a very different experience. I stopped in after 5:30 PM today on 2/19/2026 for a routine oil change. In all my prior experiences at oil change locations, technicians have driven the vehicle over the service pit themselves. This was the first time I was instructed to drive over the pit while being guided with hand signals. On the first attempt, I was abruptly told to stop and informed I was misaligned. The instructions were not clearly communicated, and the interaction felt unnecessarily tense. At one point, while my door was open, the employee had his hand on the door as I attempted to close it, which made the situation uncomfortable. A second employee offered to drive the vehicle over the pit, but the employee directing me declined her assistance and continued giving instructions. Shortly after, he told the co-worker that I “didn’t know what I was doing,” and for his co-worker to take my car in which is when I decided to leave. His attitude told me he did not care about customer service nor the customer's business. I felt like I was dealing with something else that had nothing to do with business with that technician. . I went to another location, where the process was handled professionally and the oil change was completed without issue. I understand that procedures may vary by location, but the communication and handling of this situation were not professional. I hope management reviews customer interaction standards moving forward.

  Best in Cobb to get any service done. Very hard to find honest and competent people but this is the spot.

  Everyone there was great and doing an oil change, air filters, and a coolant flush, it was fast and they were great people to talk to and learn some new things. I would go back.

  I came here for a simple oil change when my car suddenly developed a coolant problem. She immediately came out to help, investigated the issue, and ensured I was well taken care of. She treated my car as if it were her own. I truly appreciate their help and didn't have to think twice about trusting them. Even though I had car trouble, I feel very lucky it happened at the right place with such kind and professional assistance. Thank you so much!
