All my nerves, and worries were calmed by the information he provided. He is a great employee, and I'll definitely be back when it comes emissions and oil changes as well. Great team as well , everyone was very nice 🙂 thank y'all. See y'all for the retest soon 🙏🏻🩵

Besides the oil change and checking all of the fluid levels I was given a chart to show all possible service items for the future as well as the mileages associated with these service items. B4 leaving I asked if they would decide an engine trouble light, they did and I will be coming back after the holidays to get this taken care of.

They said that I needed an extra quart of oil and there were some random fees they didn't mention up front. I have had many oil changes on this car and I don't believe anyone has ever mentioned the need for an extra quart of oil. Over all a good experience HOWEVER if you are plan on locking in on $29.99 plus tax just be aware that they didn't bother mention the extra fees until I was at the check out. I probably should have fought it but I was in a hurry. They also put off bit of an annoyingly pushy vibe about some non sense add ons they recommend to all the customers that were in there. I go to a professional full service mechanic as needed and the expert mechanic has never mentioned any of the things they brought up. Im pretty confident that ad ons we totally unnecessary but I will verify that when I see my mechanic next. It might be wise to get a 2nd option before doing anything out side of an oil change at this place.
