  My check engine light came on while driving home from work I pulled In to grease monkey due to panic I don’t know what that means I just know that it’s bad my car is a Kia optima as soon as I pulled in the manager Courtney came Out to greet me Within seconds he knew what was wrong with my car seems he has one himself and was able to identify the issue unfortunately I couldn’t afford the work but I will be back when I can great place honest people

  I am very disappointed with my experience with them. Pulled in to get the oil changed. Started ok but this is what I got. First they did not top off my fluids like they say. Did not check tire pressure until I ask them too. Then they put 50 psi of air way to much air max is 40 psi. They couldn’t even get the miles right on my sticker they put in window wrong by 3000 miles.. literally had grease all over my truck didn’t bother to wipe it off. Did not set the maintenance lights on my dash. I had to ask them to set that as they are rushing me out. Then I had some wiper blades to put on and they could not figure out how to do that. No way I would let them work on any thing on my vehicle.. I’m worried about the oil change going to have someone check that out. Never going back.

  Shavar was he was very patient with me. I was very irritated. He calmed me down. He was very nice and pleasant and I greatly appreciate him and assisting me with my service on today. We need more people like him working for your company.

  I’ve been coming back and forth here since the end of November last year, and Tony has been doing a great job with my car, it still needs a little work done, but I am confident that he will work with me to get it done.
