They don’t BS you into buying services you don’t need, they go ABOVE and BEYOND expectations every time I visit and they are just so pleasant to work with! David even let me leave my car at the store for a couple of months when it died and I had to make arrangements to get rid of it. He didn’t charge me, he didn’t keep calling to ask or remind me to get rid of the car, and he made an unpleasant experience of expiring one car and transitioning into another, hassle free and that just took something off my plate! I had to buy another car in Murfreesboro TN and I took the car I was purchasing to the Express Oil Change for them to look at it there because David and his crew in Kennesaw treat me so well here! And THAT location did not disappoint!! They saved me $7,800!!! Whatever Express Oil Change is doing to train or hire their staff they are doing it well and across the board! Thanks David and Express Oil Change!! You have a customer for life!
