The customer service was exemplary at both the pick up in Smyrna Ga & the dropoff in Lebanon Tn. This old lady was well taken care of with kindness & patience & I appreciate the emphasis on customer service I was shown. Kudos to Enterprise & their lovely employees. Thank you for your help during this stressful situation!

Upon arrival, the vehicle was not available, and we had not received any call or notification. Unfortunately, the associate we spoke with, Tatiana, was very rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to assist or clarify the situation, she provided conflicting information and placed the blame on us for the misinformation. There was no effort to resolve the issue or take accountability.

The rudest person to be in customer service. Liar!!!! told me several times my glasses was not in the car. When I called back and said that I had video the vehicle and the images t showed the glasses inside the vehicle suddenly my expensive glasses appeared. Bad business to treat customer with this lack of respect and consideration. This employed is a liar and should be demoted or fired!!!!
