- CMChris MenardDec 13, 20255.0Great service and dependable vehicles — Enterprise (Lower Roswell Road) I’ve used the Lower Roswell Road Enterprise twice now, and both experiences were solid. Each time, I rented a Ford Expedition Max for a family vacation (my wife, me, and our two adult sons). The SUV was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and great for long drives. For the most recent trip, we picked up on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Even with prepay and my license info already in the app, the pickup took about 20 minutes. The vehicle needed a quick cleaning, and while the team took care of it, we noticed a few leftover items (a hairbrush, unopened ketchup packets, and a key) from the previous rental. Minor oversight, but worth noting. The Expedition has only 48 miles left before it runs out of fuel. Just mentioning, but not major. We returned it with around 70. Pricing was reasonable, and exactly what it showed when I booked it online. The Ford Expedition Max drove beautifully, and the drop-off experience was excellent—fuel check, quick walk-around, and we were done in about four minutes. A couple of days before our pickup, I called them to discuss possibly picking up before Saturday, and someone who worked there answered the phone and knew what they were doing. Another reason I like this location. Overall, this location delivers friendly service and dependable rentals. I’ll definitely rent here again. Quick summary bullets: * The mobile app is great.
