My personal vehicle seats seven passengers, so this creates a real inconvenience. Both times, the cars from this location also smelled like cigarette smoke, even with no-smoking stickers posted. Overall, friendly staff, but poor vehicle availability and consistently smoky cars make the experience disappointing.

AFTER I discovered the leak (2 days), I called and the rep said, “My mgr was waiting for you to call…” WTH?! It has been OVER a week and I STILL do not have a car. They want me to bring the car back BUT they DO NOT have a vehicle for me to drive in ALL OF METRO ATL! And yes, I have call corporate, multiple times, still WITHOUT a resolution! Yet another business to boycott!
