  Hands down GREAT experience! I have rented here several times now and the service has always been top notch. Earbin Harris is the Manager and he is excellent! Always on top of everything, gets you in and out fast and is always cool! Highly recommended!

  I had a last minute rental car and this Budget location was awesome. They took care of my need and gave me the best car that I have ever rented. I am now hooked on this Budget location for all my rental needs. I highly recommend this Budget location to any one looking for a rental car.

  If I could give this 0 stars I would. I booked an economy car rental over the phone. Maria gave me a great price over the phone and she was very helpful. I made sure to ask that there would be no more fee's added to my total upon arrival and she confirmed that the total she gave me was all I was going to pay plus the deposit. When I arrived, there was only 3 mini vans and 1truck and no one at the front desk for a whole 20 minutes. My pick up time was at 1:15 and I was told they didn't have the car I needed. Earbin asked me if i still needed it by 3:30 he would have a car ready for me but only if i was coming back. When I came back no one was at the front counter AGAIN and had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to attend me. Earbin finally came up and was finding fee's left and right to add to the price I was quoted when Maria had said all fee's were already applied. So Earbin came up with all these excuses such as there was no name on the card that would show up even when the name was on the card and I provided picture id to confirm that it is my card. They asked for proof of address and I provided a paystub with my address and Earbin complains about the paystub as well and mentions he had never seen a paystub like mine lol. I wasted almost an hour of my time just to be told they couldn't even rent a car to me. This was the biggest joke I have ever experienced. I will never give my business to this company ever again. Customer service was also horrendous.
