  There’s one theme with Big Tex: Routine Excellence. I take my business’ trailers here every year for maintenance. They are honest about prices and their current workload. They will get you in and out when they say they will, if not faster. They got a solid team of good ole boys and gals over there. Dropping off your trailer here is like leaving your kids with grandma. Grandma takes care of everything.

  El señor Scott de ventas es una persona muy empeñada a su trabajo dedicado a que el cliente quede satisfecho, Preguntar por el recomendado al 100 por ciento. I highly recommend Mr. Scott from sales; he's dedicated to customer satisfaction. I recommend asking for him when you arrive at the store.

  I went to buy a new trailer and the battery was low, so they said they were going to put in a new one and made sure it came out correctly.

  Nick is the man! He stayed after hours to help me with a wiring issue and was very thorough and patient. Had lots of great tips and was able to solve the issues I was having. So professional and personable. What a pleasure he was to work with.

  I am leaving a review today for the outstanding customer service I received from Scott Marston today. I had a broken axle on my dual axle enclosed trailer. I was so thankful they were open on a Monday when most trailer companies are closed. I gave Scott all the information about the axle he needed to check his inventory to verify if he had. Thankfully, he did! We have it installed and I am extremely happy about it and the customer service I received from Scott! I will keep them in mind for future trailer needs for sure!!
